Matthew Hankins is a Research Fellow at
the Institute of Psychiatry and Senior Lecturer in Health Care
Research at the University of Brighton. He has been advising on
the design and analysis of health care research for eight years
and has provided R&D support to the NHS in Sussex for four
years. His peer-review publications reflect an interest in the
design and validation of psychometric questionnaires and
predicting health outcomes in a wide range of illness/treatment
groups. He has also acted as a consultant in the areas of defence
(DERA), media/communications (Carat) and pharmaceuticals (GSK),
as well as numerous NHS-based projects.
